Export Procedure — Step by Step
Quality Inspection
CBT-accredited inspector grades RCN/kernels. Moisture, grade, outturn ratio certified.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by TPRI / Kilimo. Required for all cashew exports. Valid 21 days.
Export Licence (CBT)
Annual export licence from Cashewnut Board. Must show tax clearance.
TRA Customs Declaration
Submit export declaration via TANCIS. Pay applicable export levy.
TPA Port Clearance
Book vessel slot via Tanzania Ports Authority e-Port system. Submit Bill of Lading.
Certificate of Origin
Issued by TCCIA (Tanzania Chamber of Commerce). Required for GSP/AGOA preference.
